Streetfood & Sound at Residenzplatz: Our Food Truck at Paul Kalkbrenner & WANDA 2025

Residenzplatz Salzburg – historic, impressive, unique. When electronic beats and indie vibes meet exquisite street food between the venerable walls of the old town, then die.ess.klasse is right in the middle – or rather: our Food Truck!

At the open-air concerts of WANDA and Paul Kalkbrenner in May 2025, our Food Truck was not only a culinary focal point but also a social hotspot for hungry concert-goers who switched to enjoyment mode between soundcheck and stage time. With us: our four food stations Burgeratelier, Loaded Fries, Pizzalina and AFC – Austrian Fried Chicken.

Four culinary highlights, four food trailers – our festival line-up in hand

The setlist of our food truck had it all:

• 🍔 Burgeratelier – Freshly fried, seasoned to perfection and served with refined toppings. Our burgers are handmade, regionally inspired, and a real crowd-pleaser.

• 🍟 Loaded Fries – Fries on their own are already good. Our loaded fries with toppings like cheese, jalapeños or vegan chili make them legendary. #FriesBeforeGuys

• 🍕 Pizzalina – Thin, crispy, creatively topped. Our mini pizzas in Italian street style are perfect for the festival vibe: uncomplicated, hot, delicious.

• 🍗 AFC – Austrian Fried Chicken – Our twist on the Southern classic: juicy, crispy, and reinterpreted with an Austrian spice. Once you’ve tried it, you’ll come back for more.

• The visitors were thrilled – not only by the sound but also by the opportunity to eat right on-site without having to compromise on quality. The feedback? Absolutely enthusiastic. Many took the chance to chat with our chefs between acts or post a picture of the stylish truck on Instagram. (Pssst – you can also find us on Instagram!)

Our Food Truck is not just a vehicle – it is a stage for culinary creativity. As part of our event catering, it combines mobility, quality, and brand display.
