Your mission with us
You are the first point of contact for new talents – from posting the job advertisement to the signed contract. You support our staff in their daily business – always having an open ear, always one step ahead. Duty schedules and deployment plans are part of your responsibilities. You manage data, take care of contracts, and keep everything under control even with administrative matters. You actively engage in topics such as onboarding, training, scheduling, and so on. You work closely with our administration, project management, and accounting to ensure smooth processes.
What you should bring
Commercial training (e.g. office management, human resources or similar) First experiences in the HR sector – hospitality or event industry? Big plus! You are communicative, organised, open-minded and enjoy getting hands-on You appreciate flat hierarchies, short paths and working independently Proficient in MS Office – you are familiar with HR tools or eager to dive into them.
