Your mission with us:

• You are the first contact for new talents – from posting the job advertisement to the signed contract

• You take care of our people in day-to-day operations – always with an open ear, always one step ahead

• Shift schedules and deployment plans are part of your responsibilities

• You manage data, handle contracts, and keep everything under control even with administrative tasks

• You actively engage in topics like onboarding, training, staffing plans & co.

• You work closely with our administration, project management, and accounting to ensure smooth processes

  
  

What you should bring:

• Commercial training (e.g. office management, HR, or similar)

• First experiences in the HR field – hospitality or event industry? Big plus!

• You are communicative, structured, open, and enjoy getting hands-on

• You like flat hierarchies, short paths, and working independently

• Proficient in MS Office – you know HR tools or are eager to dive in
